
SOLAR SUBSIDY DBT SCHEME:-
Govt./MNRE (Ministry of New & Renewable Energy) with a motive to simplify the Rooftop Solar Subsidy in Residential Sector launched the DBT (Direct Beneficiary Transfer) Scheme, wherein beneficiary/consumer who want to install solar project at his house can apply at the national portal and get the system installed from the desired vendor and once the system installed as per the parameters and procedures of the scheme. The beneficiary will get the subsidy amount directly in to his account with in 30 days of all the formalities done as per the scheme.
Process for installation of Rooftop Solar system at residential house under simplified procedure:-
The applicants willing to install rooftop solar system under simplified procedure will be required to apply through National Portal. In order to register at National Portal the applicant will require an active mobile number and an active e-mail id.
To avail subsidy under the National Solar Rooftop Portal in Rajasthan, you can follow these steps:-

Visit the National Solar Rooftop Portal (https://pmsuryaghar.gov.in/) and register as a user.

Read the guidelines and instructions for availing the subsidy carefully.

Fill out the online application form with all the necessary details.

Upload the required documents such as identity proof, address proof, and bank details.

Once you have submitted the application form, you will receive an acknowledgement.

The Discom officials will verify your application and provide the in principle approval and NOC to go ahead for project installation.

Once the system will be commissioned, Discom officials will inspect the system and verify it.

After verification, you will be eligible for the subsidy and you can upload the inspection photographs, net metering certificate and other required details and documents.

The subsidy amount will be directly credited to your bank account with in 30 days.
CFA (Central Financial Assistance)/ Subsidy Calculation under DBT Scheme:-

Subsidy of Rs. 30,000/- for 1 KW system

Subsidy of Rs. 60,000/- for 2 KW system

Subsidy of Rs. 78,000/- for 3 KW and higher system

Additional State Subsidy -
Rajasthan Government provides an extra ₹17,000 for solar projects above 1.1 kW for beneficiaries of the Mukhyamantri Nishulk Bijli Yojana (100 Free Units Scheme).
Solar Installation Mandate -
For beneficiaries of the 100 free electricity units whose consumption exceeds 150 units, it is mandatory for them to install a solar system to continue receiving this benefit.
If they do not install solar, their 100 free units benefit will be revoked. However, by going solar, they can claim a ₹95,000 subsidy – including ₹78,000 from the Central Government and ₹17,000 from the Rajasthan Government.
