𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗠 𝗞𝗨𝗦𝗨𝗠- 𝗔 𝗶𝗻 𝗥𝗮𝗷𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻
𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀:-
- Interested parties must submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) through the e-Procurement Portal, ensuring all requisite fees as specified in the document are paid.
- Each bidder or Solar Power Generator (SPG) is restricted to submitting 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝟯𝟯/𝟭𝟭 𝗸𝗩 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Submitting multiple applications for the same substation will lead to rejection or disqualification.
𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀:-
- 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗕𝗶𝗱 𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: If only one bid is received for a particular Grid Substation (GSS), the applicant will be awarded the project at the pre-determined levelized tariff of 𝗥𝘀. 𝟯.𝟬𝟰 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗸𝗪𝗵.
- 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗕𝗶𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: In cases where 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝗱𝘀 are received for the same GSS, the selection will be based on the 𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗳 (𝗟𝟭) 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱. Bidders will submit their tariff proposals, and the selection will follow an ascending order of the tariffs quoted. The pre-determined t𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗳 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝘀. 𝟯.𝟬𝟰 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗸𝗪𝗵 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝘅𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗰𝗲𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴.
- 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗳 𝗕𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱: Eligible bidders will need to submit their tariff bids within the specified timeframe. The contract will be awarded to those offering the lowest tariffs, with Letters of Award (LoA) issued accordingly to successful bidders.
